These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dr Goodlawns website and your engagement of our services. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
Dr Goodlawns provides lawn and land care: mowing on a one-off or recurring basis, acreage and large-lot mowing, brush hogging of overgrown fields, overgrown-lawn cleanup, lot clearing and debris removal, edging, and landscape bed and rock work, in and around Brazoria, Texas. We do not provide irrigation, fertilisation or weed-control programmes, pest control, or hardscape construction, and we do not fell standing trees. Work is subject to the quote and scope agreed before we start.
Quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation, based on the information and conditions available at the time. Final pricing may change if the site turns out to be materially different from what was described, and we will tell you before carrying on.
Recurring visits are scheduled by agreement. Gulf-coast weather can move a visit, and ground too wet to carry a tractor will move one too; if that happens we will let you know and reschedule.
Please make sure gates are unlocked and the area is clear of loose items, pet waste and hidden obstructions before a visit. We are not responsible for damage caused by objects concealed in long grass or brush that we could not reasonably have seen.
Dr Goodlawns sends text messages about quote responses, scheduling, service updates and customer support, plus occasional offers where you have separately consented to marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
